Open more shelters for non Adopted pets.

The shelters are putting down healthy animals for no reaason only cause they werent adopted and need more space for new animals. 1,000 cats are put down every month because they werent adopted by an owner. I want to reach the goal of 1,000 signitures so that all the pet shelters in the world or atleast some can open a new pet selter for the nonadopted pets. so they can still get  a chance at getting a family.
