I demand an end to the "Bed Bugs" in my apartment

I have had this problem with the bed bugs for over six months and no results. My girlfriend has been bitten all over her body from these bed bugs. Now the other tenants in this building are have the same problem with the "bed bugs". The only way I see this issue can be resolved is to have a license professional bed bug eliminator to come and treat the building. If not I will have to report this issue to the health department inspector because this is a serious health problem and environmental problem; and I need "action" now in order to take care of the problem.
