Don't euthanize homeless dogs in San Felipe

The city of San Felipe rounds up all of the homeless dogs before Easter and sends them to Mexicali on open trucks to be killed. They want to 'clean up' their city streets.

Local rescue groups have already spayed and neutered these dogs.
Stop this inhumane practice and encourage the city to stand behind TNR instead!
