Make the NYC Animal Shelters no-kill shelters only

The current treatment of innocent animals in the NYC Animal Shelter system is inhumane and is pro-death.  New Yorkers are a considerate, empowered citizenry and we can do much better in the treatment of unwanted and lost animals.  Your vote will make a difference.  Please voice your opinion by signing this petition.  Your support and involvement is appreciated.
