Stop Prime Minister Steven Harper from Stealing 1.8 Billon from the EI FUND

We pay taxes for our government to balance their books, we pay EI for employment Insurance in a time of need, and CP for the Canadian Pension fund. Prime Minister Steven Harper is dipping into Canada's EI fund to help balance their books. This is theft and is not the reason why Canadians pay EI. They need to be held accountable, and this is NOT ACCEPTABLE.
