STOP LEGAL TAIL DOCKING

I'm campaigning to stop tall docking of any sort as I think it's cruel demoralizing and painful to dogs the reason I'm doing this is I have a dog Bramble who I love very much we have only had him 2 years in Dec 2016,
The lady who had him before docked his tail and then gave me a ridiculous reason why she did, it is still carried out world wide
I've noticed it's on Springer spaniels alot even when there puppies,please help me stop this action once and for all.
Dogs have a voice too let them speak..
