Charge and Arrest Texas Cat Murderer

Nobody should be allowed to randomly kill animals. Abuse and neglect of animals is a crime. This woman is a psychopath. Not only for killing the cat with an arrow, but for shooting a bow, in an area where others could have been in mortal danger. I don't understand, how a Veterinarian, could murder an animal, it is a complete contradiction of her profession. This woman should have her license revoked for life, as well as being charged for this senseless crime.
