STOP this female dogs' abuser!!!

In los Mochis, Sinaloa the neighbours who live in the colony Mario Lopez have found many female dogs with their intimate parts destroyed and their tails cut. 

There's a man who has been sexually abusing of these helpless female dogs and by now he has attacked at least five of them.

The neighbours from the colony have already asked for help to the authorities, but without getting any kind of result. So let's speak for these poor dogs that are being abused and can't do anything about it and let's help these people that have been trying to do something about it!!!
