Stop the Rezoning of Camellia Hill

The Camilla Hill property at 670 S. Hill Street is a historic southern home built in 1936 that is on 4 acres. A developer is seeking to rezone the property to tear town the home and build 15 homes. We the undersigned, oppose this rezoning!

Tue night the 25th is the City Commission meeting on the rezoning. The meeting starts at 6pm. Seating is limited, but they allow people to cycle through in order to make comments. Having a good showing of citizens at the meeting is imperative, so please make plans to attend!

You can also submit written comments to be read at the meeting (CommissionComments@CityofGriffin.com) or call/write each commissioner (https://cityofgriffin.com/Government.aspx).

Any and all efforts are appreciated!

Please show your support for Camilla Hill by attending tomorrow night's zoning board meeting. We are meeting at the lower level of the parking deck at 5:15pm. We know not everyone can get in, however, we will be taking photographs of those outside to try to try and persuade the City Commission to move the meeting on the 25th to a larger venue. Kirby Sisk will have a prepared response. Please stand when he speaks to show solidarity. Thank you very much!
