STOP the Home Office from finalising a contract for the French company to produce British passports

Its outright disgraceful that after Brexit, we still have to send money outside of this country to an EU country to produce our passports. Think of the loss of jobs and the shame.
The French don't go to another country to produce their passports.
WHY SHOULD WE?
If it is about money saving then.. lets pay an additional £10 towards the cost of acquiring a new British made passport.
In the meantime whoever was responsible for deciding that a French Company produces our passports should be made to step down.
