Change of selection on survey form to convert Mesa Dunes Mobile Home Estates

To halt the progression of the conversion at this time until more definitive information is supplied to the residences of the park by the park owners for the following:

  • The cost of each lot is not overprice that the lot and the home would be more then the market would bare   
  • Sufficient funds secured in a trust to maintain the common areas including the structural improvements, club houses, pools, well and septic system
  • Honest information on how the owner’s will provide low income financing based on the current economic condition of the State of California and lack of state funds
