Please HELP us make Chapman Street a safe child friendly road

In Chapman Street, Fulwell, sits our school, cars drive and park to drop off and collect their children. The street is narrow and very busy with children and families coming and going. I need this street turned into a safe place. No driving and parking between 8am - 9.15am and 2.30pm-4.30pm, however there will be resident parking/access permits. Is it going to take a child being knocked over to stop these people driving down there. Help us make this possible
