Help find Kitten Panda's Killer NOW

Panda was adopted out of a rescue centre in Auburn Calif..she was a beautiful black kitten..Panda's Body was found on March 24th 2012 in an area where another mutilated cat had been found also some time before. Panda had suffered terribly she was tortured then her back was removed by a sharp implement before they removed her heart noone knows if she was still alive by this point...sadly when she was found her lower body was missing. we have been told of a suspect but cannot prove it that is wny we need signatures we want them to look deeper and harder to finally get the scum who brutalised such a lovely friendly lil kitten
