The World Governments are using H.A.A.R.P (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) to emit ELF's (Extremely Low Frequencies) into the Ionosphere to control the weather. This is causing unnatural droughts, floods, tornados, thunderstorms, hurricanes and earthquakes to happen all over the world. It is also being used in War to wipe out all the enemies resources and force them to surrender or die.
There are H.A.A.R.P. locations all around the world. Alaska, Brazil, Puerto Rico, Area 51, Peru, Long Island, UK, Norway, Russia, China, India, Japan, Australia and many more undisclosed locations.
Urge the government's to stop using HAARP and to stop fufilling the "Act of God". Without the Ionosphere, life on Earth would not exsist. If you control the weather, you disrupt the earth's natural weather occurances which then puts life on Earth at serious risk.

As you know, there has been many strange weather phenomena happening all over the globe. Earthquakes, floods, droughts, hurricanes and tornados are becoming stronger and this is creating serious problems. HAARP is to blame.
The facility sends out enourmous amounts of ELF's, 3.6 MW to be exact, and causes water vapour to rise into the formation of a bubble in the Ionosphere. This emense pressure of energy can discharge back down to the earth's surface and release.
Sea life are dieing, people are dieing, and the Governemnts continue to use HAARP. For the safety of all life on Earth, we must stop this. Controlling the weather is wrong and human beings should not fulfill the Act of God.
Please stop using HAARP so the Earth's weather can return to it's natural state.
