TIME FOR QUEBEC TO SIGN THE CANADIAN CONSTITUION

Canada has an amazing Constitution that works well to reflect the needs and values of Canadians! Surely, it's not perfect, but its a great platform from which to continue to build upon and progress. Unfortunately, when it was passed in Canadian Parliament in 1982 the Province of Quebec did not sign on, and it has yet to. After 34 years, it's time. It's time for the Quebec government to recognize the Canadian Constitution, including the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, as our own.
