Stop CVS from Dictating Who Can Get Pain Relief!

CVS Pharmacies recently announced that they will limit opioid prescriptions to 7 days. While we recognize that CVS employs pharmacists who have place (including education) in medicine, CVS is no one's personal physician. Opioids are necessary for people who have chronic severe pain, for people after some surgeries (such as total knee replacement) and sometimes for acute pain or end of life palliative treatments. If you want your personal doctor and not bureaucrats or even well-meaning pharmacists to direct your care, please sign this petition which will be sent to CVS.
