Demand Resignation of Officer Tarek Hassani for Shooting and Killing Disabled Man's Service Dog.

The execution of this families service dog, in this families front yard, during their child's birthday celebration was a needless and senseless act of violence.  Officer Tarek Hassani could have easily sought the attention of this family via his siren or loud speaker, but instead, he chose to get aggresive with their dogs, charge up their driveway, and shoot and kill their service animal just 30 seconds after exiting his patrol car.  The 7-year-old labrador retreiver named “Hooch” belonged to the family of Rick Clubb.  Sadly, Mr. Clubb has Parkinson's Disease and is partially wheelchair & walker bound. Tragically, Hooch was his trained service animal.

Officer Hassani shot Hooch because he wanted to, not because he had to.  Hooch was protecting his own family, in his own yard.  Hooch was simply doing what he was trained to do.  Officer Hassani purposely and wrecklessly placed himself in an unsafe situation.  It's that simple.  Officer Hassani's blatant premeditated act of violance, followed by his profane verbal attack on the disabled dog/home owner, suggests that Officer Hassani is unfit to be a public servant.  We The People petition for his immediate resignation.

Story Update

Another highly questioned shooting by the same trigger-happy COP.

Local residents pay respect to dead service dog.

Meet Hooches master and see where Hooch was killed.
