Repeal the Halliburton Loophole Law - exempting fracking from EPA air & water regs

From the inception of fracking technology, VP Dick Cheney out maneuvered congress by creating this Halliburton Loophole Law in a secret backroom deal which profited Cheney's Halliburton Corporation, largest manufacturer of fracking chemicals. Fracking has never been vetted environmentally & health-wise. Repeal of this corporate spawned environmental exemption has always been wrong & is overdue for repeal process.
