Problems with the Chestnut Apartments

There is an issue with the toilets backing up and not flushing properly. There are issues with appliances not working properly. Even the sinks are not working properly. You are charging people a lot of funds for living at the appartments but not upkeeping on the apartment properly. Also there are insects and rodents in the apartment.
