Stop Smart Meters in Pennsylvania

Smart meters are making us sick! They emit electromagnetic frequencies and radio frequencies which are known carcinogens. They do not have an off-switch. Their safety has never been tested. Yet they are mandated in Pennsylvania for installation in every home, business, school, and hospital at the owners' expense. We need an opt-out clause such as most other states provide! It should be our choice whether or not such a device is desired on our personal property and whether or not it is something we want to risk our health with. PA needs a choice!
