this is a petition to get rid of the slumlord at 133 hilltop circle cresco pa 18326. edward Helm has let his tenant in a very unhealthy situation. the whole property is filled with wet,damp,musty and most important moldy conditions. there are no locks on windows chipping paint etc. we have children,eldery also living in these conditions. hegets you in without your knowledge of the deplorable condiontion then tell you to leave and says he wont give you you security back. the majority of the tenants hace coughs due to the mold build up. i myself have apnea then on top of that am coughing and always stuffy... edward knows of the peroblem but refuses to fix them... we have a vet on the premisis who can hardly talk who stumbles a lot living in theses conditions too. i am so appauled with what is going on... W have no one to help us i have exhausted myself with phone calls with no solution besides to sue which you habve to pay over 100 dolars just to file suit which a lot of us cannot afford. so i am hoping this will get us our health back and some justice and most importanly rid us of edward helm. thank you..
