Nov. 2010 - U.S. House & Senate will have voted themselves $4,700 and $5,300 in raises.
Over 2yrs they each get $10,000. They voted NOT TO GIVE American
Citizens a social security cost of living raise in 2010 and 2011.
Medicaid premiums will go up $285.60 for the 2yrs
You will not get the 3% COLA: $660/yr.
Your total 2yrs loss and cost is-$1,600 or -$3,200 for husband and wife.
Do you feel SCREWED? Will they have your cost of drugs, doctor fees, local taxes, food, etc., increased? NOT A CHANCE! They'll have a raise and better benefits, but nothing for you the taxpayer, the payer of their salaries.
Why care about you? You never did anything about it in the past. You obviously are too stupid or don't care. Do you really think that any of you state representatives care about you?
Why don't all the different levels of government, federal, state,county, city, call for TOP administrative offices to enforce a DEEP decrease in their INFLATED salaries? They are not worth those salaries since they all failed at their jobs, just as private businesses did. That type of cut is never considered.
They always pick on the little people with the two-bit salaries who are really hurt when their jobs are sacrificed. If the Bigshots would take the decrease in pay or be FIRED, they would still have enough left to survive. If their companies or agencies fail it is the fault of the Managers who do not deserve their Grand Theft salaries.
Your representatives should be reminded of Amendment 28
"Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United
States that does not apply equally to the Senators or Representatives,
and Congress shall make no law that applies to the Senators or
Representatives that does not apply equally to the citizens of the
United States ."
Much to the chigrin of the U S Supreme Court, Congress and Senators and our so called representatives WE THE PEOPLE ARE PAYING ATTENTION.
Everyone of you blindsided us with healthcare reform scares to cover up removal of the voting rights of the American Citizen. Since you seem to forget who you work for...in the immortal words of Donald Trump...YOUR FIRED!!!!
Washington you've brought this upon yourselves!!! We the People need to clean house and rid ourselves of the money sucking cancers seated in our government, pocketing our hard earn tax dollars, giving our hard earned money to already wealthy corporations.
Now you've given yourselves the ability to receive money from big fat corporate cats to blantantly swing the government in their favor to further stuff their already swollen coffers.
It's time for retribution. We are taking America back!!!
We the undersigned are generating this petition as a protest to the outrageous Supreme Court Justice ruling giving carte blanche to corporations in creating a puppet government.
Also we are formally protesting the increase of wages to non performing representatives of the people.
Not one of you has lived up to your sworn duty to serve the American People, you've lied to us, stolen from us and finally betrayed the citizens of this great country. Now its time you do your job as WE WANT IT DONE or leave the building.
Every single one of you have failed us miserably, and need to be relieved of duty and replaced, not rewarded with raises and increase of benefits. One of these same "representatives" had the nerve to call the President a liar in front of the whole nation, behavior which is unbecoming a political professional, but yet this thug will in all probability be the first with his hand out.
As the private sector was scolded for receiving bonuses for non performance same should be applied to the Senate, Congress and Representatives. Not one performed their duty to forwarn their constituents of what the Supreme Court had on the table. All of our representatives were noticeably silent during the entire process, blindsiding those you claim to represent.
You only represent yourselves and your wallets, no better than common thugs. You're all a cancer to our society, rutting around like pigs in a mire of greed and lies.
We the People of the United States are taking a stand, we want you out and all those seated in the Supreme Court impeached for dereliction of duty to the citizens of the United States of America!
We ask, no demand your resignations NOW!
