Stop cruelty against animals in Spain

European Community has to have a closer look what is happening in Spain, and take action.
It cannot go on like this. Cruelty in Spain is extreme and often unpunished or minor punishments.
The number of abandonned and mistreated animals is so high. Local organisation cannot follow anymore.
