But if we speak up now, we can make sure Moss and everyone who abandons a puppy can never put one in harms way again. Will you join me to demand the Colorado legislature passes a bill that bans anyone who abandons or abuses an animal from ever owning one again?
Brent Moss was arrested and charged with felony animal cruelty after surveillance video showed him dumping two puppies on a remote road in 95 degree weather without food or water. At one point they were almost hit by a delivery truck, before someone pulled over to help them around 6 p.m.
If we get Colorado to pass this bill, it will pave the way for ALL STATES to pass a similar bill. We've already see success in 15 states!
