We need a health Insurance Bill of Rights!

Year after Year after Year my health insurance company denies my prescription. It is always arbitrary without reason and notice. I have jump hoop after hoop to get it approved or change medication. I often have go days or weeks without medication or have pay a lot of of pocket. This is unacceptable! It must end. Legislation is needed to give people time to appeal and fight the charge at least a month preferably more. We also need a Health Insurance Bill of Rights! Please sign the petition and suggest what should be included!
