With all the steps Ontario is taking to make this province more smoke free this petition is right on board. Lots of people smoke and that's fine it is their decision however, there is also a great number of people who do not smoke and do not wish to be subject to second hand smoke. When me and my coleeges are working the drive thru at our restaurant its hard notntill get a huge dose of secondhand smoke from all the drivers who come thru with light cigarettes and then blow them at us as they collect their items and speed away. Not only is this disgusting but it is a Heath issue as well. One of my colleagues can not even do the window position because sometime inhaling the cigarette smoke causes Her to have an asthma attack. I just feel like anyone considerate human being can wait until after they leave the drive thru to spark up their smoke that was they are affecting no ones health but their own.
