Rhode Island Pension system and hedge fund investments

The pension system was changed in 2011 by Att General Raimondo and is being invested in Hedge funds and a personal entity of the treasurer, costing contributors unnecessary fees and losses without the consent or good faith of the members. Members have been unwillingly forced to contribute thus losing a secured contract that can result in more harm to it's members
