Thank Congressman Sarbanes for co-sponsoring HR2943 which would establish a K-9 Companion Corps to award grants for nonprofit organizations that develop programs to connect veterans suffering from certain injuries, including traumatic brain injury and post-traumatic stress disorder, with assistance dogs.
