Enforce the law to stop animals suffer in Lebanon

Animals in Lebanon are suffering from 
Sick, apathetic, and sadistic humans
Although we have a law for animal rights but no one cares about it,, if we start to report these cases maybe we can do something to stop the violence and enforce the law 
Please help us to do so.
