Keep the smoking/vaping age in NC at 18!

At 18 we are considered adults, so currently we are allowed to smoke. And while we struggle as a nation with underage smoking/vaping, raising the age to 21 WILL NOT help with underage smoking/vaping, and will instead make getting help for underage smokers harder to get. Instead, raise the taxes of tobacco products to dissuade people from starting, and hopefully people who buy the stuff will want to quit.
