Bexar County: ban styrofoam now

In San Antonio TX, trash is a problem. I see trash pollute the rivers, fields, and other natural areas that make Texas beautiful. One material in particular are styrofoam cups and containers which are among the most dangerous to human health and wildlife. Styrofoam has been linked to hormone disruption and can never decompose, which endangers the health of all San Antonio residents. I urge the city to issue a ban on use of styrofoam within Bexar county and instead encourage the use of paper cups or simply bringing your own. This small rule would potentially save lives and improve the natural beauty of the city, which saves money and encourages tourism.
