I wanna start this for justice for my dog, Sissy.
On Sunday, April 28th, a guy named Cody Townsend, broke into my home when my husband and I wasn't home. My black lab, Sissy, was in the house when it got broke into. She was protecting her home (like any other dog would do). She didn't like him being in the house (cause shes never seen him in her life), he hit her on top of the head with a hammer, causing her to get 2 staples. He then beat her with a baseball bat, took the bat under her collar and drug her up the road, where he found a gas can and doused my baby with the gas. Threw her in a fire pit where a neighbor was burning a stump and caught her on fire. Neighbors got her out and put the fire out. When the cops came, he told them that "God told him to kill all evil animals, and my dog was evil". She was brought into the animal clinic, where she is being cared for for her burns. Shes alive but got a long road recovery ahead of her. Hes behind bars but I would love him to get more than a slap on the wrist. So sign away people please.
