Lower HOA Fees

As a resident of Oaks of Powers I have notice that we are being charged too much on our HOA fees for year by Top Notch Management and our subdivision has not improved much in many years. This subdivision require some much needed TLC, therefore the yearly fees that's being charged per household needs to be lowered. We ask that you sign this petition if you agree with the statement.
