Mr Qu Dongyu you are the new Director General of UN Food & Agriculture Org. You are ALSO the assistant Minister of China's Ministry of Agriculture/Rural Development. You must be aware of the dog meat trade in China and that dog's and cats are routinely tortured, boiled alive, blow torched alive. Chinese Ministry of Agriculture DID declare dog meat unfit for health but no ban? In both of your roles, we who sign now demand dog meat addressed.
