Stop Annexation to the City of Rockdale

There is a large scale effort by the City of Rockdale to annex 1000's of acres of property owners land into the city limits. This petition is to show the council members, mayor and city manager that the land owners are 100% opposed to this annexation. THIS IS NOTHING MORE THAN A MONEY GRAB! LEGALIZED THEFT!
