Raise the wage for CNAs

The issue is that CNA workers attended a traing for weeks or months and often have to pay to attend and supplies and work directly with people need the medical attention or help with everyday life , even though cnas go thru training and pass strict test and follow many state requires and risk their health and work long hours CNA works still are not making a liveable wage and wages often are less than fast food workers call center workers and other types of work that pushes cnas to leave to find another feild to work im which leads to there being a shortage of workers i want to see a raise to cna workers with a starting base pay rate of $14 and incress over tome
