Stop the bullying of bully breeds!!!!

In St.Charles Parish alone there is a law requireing that all pit bulls must be microchiped, registered with the parish, and built a special confindment. This confinement basically is the required size you would find in any shelter. It must contain a cement flooring so they can't dig out
(A roof so they can't climb out and a basic 6x6 fence to be kept in at all times if the dog is outside.). To me the whole point in adopting a dog is to make it feel like it's no longer in a shelter but in a loving caring home. I personally study dog psycology all this treatment does to the animal is put them in a more sacluded position and just like any other human who has never had human concact they don't know how to react. Dogs have a pack mentality. A human could be the other member of thier pack. Left alone, they feel no sense of belonging, they do thier best in a pack. In a pack dogs teach other dogs how to socialize. We are doing all of these pit bulls in St. Charles parish an injustice, instead of making them a well rounded members of the community. We are being forced to take them home and treat them like prisoners, instead of pets and family members.

I am adding a update as i came home today I found my dog shot in the face with some type of pellet gun. If she had been in her required pin she wouls have died. She woul have had no place to run no where to hide and they could have kept shooting until she was dead. This is absoultly horrible .
