Bring END to silent suffering of diseased dogs

While visiting Anuradhapura heritage city in Sri Lanka , severely ailing distressed stray dogs caught my attention. It was like some kind of strange disease is spread and making them suffer , and no one is listening to their silent cries.
I am visiting here only for a day and deeply saddened and disturbed to witness them suffer. I appeal on behalf of these  silent sufferers, there silent cries says nothing but - WE NEED HELP ! Department of Animal Protection & Health (DAPH ), North Central Province , Sri Lanka , Please send a veterinarian team to investigate and treat these poor animals asap.

The organisation for Animal Rights and Welfare 'Ahinsa Sri Lanka'  please  be an agent of help by ensuring  them necessary treatment and protection.
