Ban Shark Finning in Texas

Shark finning is the process in which the fins are removed and the remainders of the shark are thrown back into the sea like trash. The fins are used for trade purposes, mostly around the Gulf of Mexico. Cutting the fins off of sharks causes extreme pain to sharks and is severely decreasing their population. Shark finning needs to be banned before sharks become extinct.
