Due to recent events transpiring at the Town Meeting on 8 Apr 2019, Andrew Knapp conducted himself in a very unprofessional nature, he publicly attacked the Town Road Agent by acting condescending, divisive and arrogant which resulted in Peter Cook resigning as the town road agent
