Prosecute Council "Officers" for Bludgeoning Stray Dogs to Death in Malaysia

Numerous strays were bludgeoned to death with metal rods by council "officers". I petition the Chief Minister of Johore Baru to take the severest action on the guilty officers and the senior who instructed and approved of the method of execution.

Their cruel actions constitutes grossly inhumane treatment of the dogs and should be punishable by the existing laws of the country.

Please sign my petition so that the Chief Minister is aware of the actions of the council workers. Such cruelty cannot be tolerated.
