Demand to end smoking in shared facility housing.

We need to ban smoking in shared facility housing. Smoking on the property or balcony is fine, however when someone smokes inside their condo or house that has shared walls, the smoke escapes into other people's living spaces. Second hand smoke is not only annoying to smell, but a danger to our health.
