Convince my Landlord to let me have a ESA, without paying 500 DOLLARS!

I wanted a beautiful Sheperd/Siberian Husky mix, So I payed for her, and adopted her from SPCA. I told her to our landlord and i thought she did THAT DAY. So i was in love with her. Her name is Kalina. I have depression and anxiety and i tend to get lonley, when im lonely i get paranoid, and then upset so on so forth. With Kalina, she was always next to me, she got me out of my bed and outside when Id never do that without her. Id lay in bed and do nothing. Shes a goofball and a lover. Around 2 weeks after we got her, i just got out of work, my mom told me our landlord was mad she told him after we got her and mad about this and that, sp he made us give her back THE NEXT DAY. It was one of the hardest things ever. That was about w month ago, maybe alittle more. She is STILL THERE. We tried convincing him to let us have her multiple times, telling him Im paying for her because I would, that i need an ESA, all these things. The last time we asked, we really thought wed win him over. This is when he told us about the $500 "damage" fee. I HAVE A CAT THAT WOULD BE CAPABLE OF DOING MORE DAMAGE THAN KALINA. Point is, I want Kalina back, i visited her and she was crying and howling as soon as she realized it was me, it broke my heart even more. I want to do this to show him i need her. Thank you.
