Let diabetic people or people who have mental health issues and those who hare handicapped with a lo

It has been proved that animal supported therapies are very effective to treat many diseases, from depressions to ADHD or autism, and so are assistent dogs for diabetic people or for handiapped people, but people with a low income often can´t pay for these, so either the health insurances, or the health section of the government should pay!!!
