Abolish the Lychee and Dog Meat Festival

Whereas an annual festival in Yulin, China is called the Lychee and Dog Meat Festival is held every June 21 in which dog meat is consumed,

and whereas dogs were not meant to be eaten;

therefore, we the undersigned humbly request that the People's Republic of China abolish this cruel and inhumane custom.
