Vapeing should be legal in parks. The vapor is not harmful. The main ingredient is propylene glycol. That is also the main ingredient in asthma inhalers. It will not harm anyone who is standing near them. And unlike cigarettes they do not leave behind a nasty smell. Most vape juice is fruityand smells good.
