Stop selling plastic water bottles

We have all seen the destruction and environmental catastrophy being caused by plastic degrading in our oceans.
One of the greatest polluters are plastic water bottles . If water dispensers selling water could be put in all supermarkets and shops instead of the plastic water bottles so that customers could bring their own bottles this would have a large impact on the amount of plastic getting into our oceans
