Help stray dogs from Romania

It is urgent to understand that stray dogs after they are sterilised and vaccinated is better to stay in the street, near people who love them, and feed them, not in shelters, where they are abused, locked and careless. In the street, people, especially children, can contact stray dogs, adopt them frequently, learn how to treat an animal, became responsable for not abandon them.

Dear people of Romania (Government and institutions)
Adopt stray dogs, don't let them in shelters, where they are locked and careless ! After they are sterilised and vaccinated, return them in the street where people, especially children, can contact them and adopt them frequently, learn how to treat an animal, became responsable for not abandon them.
