Demand a reduced speed limit on both Elgin and Barkley Roads adjacent to Pristine Place

The streets which border this community, Pristine Place, have become race tracks, noise and environmental polluters and hazards. There are also two schools which are adjacent to this region as well. In the past couple of years since Elgin Rd was expanded and the speed limit was increased to 55, there have been double digit accidents, late nite sounds of racing and loud, window shacking, music? and air pollution which has caused excessive build up of "road dirt" on all the roofs and interiors of homes that are in proximity of these roads.
