Stop the noise caused by village feasts at Birkirkara, Malta

Village feasts are traditionally organized every year here in Malta/Gozo they are contributing to religious pilgrimages and entertainment, however to others they are a bit of a nuisance.

Hoping you decide to donate some money even towards my upcoming environmental non-profit organization which you may post as mentioned herewith, I also hope that you give your views on this and on wider goals of the petition.
